The Prospector area is the in town area near the Park City High School, Treasure Mountain Junior High and McPolin Elementary School. Because of its close proximity to several schools it is a popular location for families with kids.  It is also centrally located and is one of the more reasonably priced in town Park City areas. It is also right by the popular Rail Trail bike and walking trail which connects to many other trails.
